How to attract a girlfriend with good energy

When I learned how to get a girlfriend, a major, distressing issue I had was getting into state.   I quickly realized that I’d need a high vibrancy of positive energy, and when I was out with my energetic friends, I didn’t have a problem reaching that level of energy. When I was by myself, however, I either had it or I didn’t, and more often than I liked, it just wasn’t there. That ruined a lot of approach potential for me. I direly wanted to spark my own good vibes, and although I had a few ideas myself, it was the Gambler that ultimately pointed me in the right direction. Get out of your low-energy state

You know these periods of low energy where you walk slowly, your arms dangling, feet shuffling, heavy head and eyes, you’re in a still, slightly melancholic mood, without much ambition or freshness on your mind. Prepare at home

First, establish some groundwork to take with you. You want to browse your music collection for the most energetic songs – the ones that get you pumped the best. You know which ones work for you, here are two suggestions from me: Bowling for Soup is a young American band that plays fun, party-style, modern Rock’n'Roll, another one is O.A.R. (Of A Revolution) – they have a funky, very playful mix of rock and reggae. Do check them out. Get an MP3 player and put these songs on it so you can listen to them whenever you want. Also, take a piece of paper and write down a number of affirmative lines – ideas that make you feel great about yourself. You can also record them and put them on your player.

Generate movement

When you’re out later, listening to your music, you want to build a momentum in your body. Chewing gum will create motion in your body and your juices flowing; it will also spark agility in your brain. Snap your fingers or pat your hands on the sides of your trousers to the rhythm, bounce a bit when you walk, move your body to the beat in your head. Whistle or hum.

Get into a good mood with your body

Those lines you wrote down: revisit them. Listen to them or read them to yourself, aloud in case you’re getting into state at home before going out. Gamblerpoints out: “After doing this a number of times, each thing is associated with the others.” Imagine, if you link a body movement with a state (NLP), and they will fuel each other: if you breathe deeply and take in the oxygen, then walk upright with a steady pace and with your head held high, fully extended spine, it will have an effect on your mood. Often, the way your body and face behave will actually trigger the according emotion. You start out by smiling brightly, and your feelings will follow your body and mind’s lead.

With these steps, you can learn how to generate great vibes and energy & then you’ll know how to make a girl like you a lot without even trying.
